A few years ago I started running and decided I needed to eat healthier to improve. Here is a simple collection of food that I belive to be healthy options for anyone, not just runners.

This website is a simple collection of recipes that I have found and been inspired to make over the years. Some of the recipes are from magazines or websites etc, and I have credited the source where appropriate. Some I have made up by myself, or modified and made from memory or experimenting. All the photos are extremely amature, taken by me. Just the food in a bowl or plate, and taken on my phone.
