Mexican scramble

IngredientsMethod
1 tortilla, cut into bits
4 eggs
Dash milk
1/4tsp paprika
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1tbsp olive oil
1 jalepeno, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
60g cheddar, grated
Bake tortilla bits until golden
Whisk eggs, milk and paprika.
Fry onion and peppers for 5mins, add jalepeno, tomato and tortilla bits.
Reduce heat, fold in eggs and cook.
Serve topped with cheese
