Christmasy sausage rolls

500g Ready made puff pastry
500g Sausage meat
50g stuffing mix
2 tbsp cranberry sauce
1 egg
fennel seeds
Roll out the pastry, keeping it on the baking sheet it comes in. Cut pastry in half length ways, so that you have 2 long pieces.

Mix the sausage meat, stuffing mix and cranberry sauce together. Split in 2, then place each half on to the pastry lines. Squish the meat into a long ‘sausage’ down the middle of each pastry line.

Roll the pastry over so the join is on the bottom.

Beat the egg, then cover the tops of the sausage rolls in the egg. Spinkle over the fennel seeds, and add salt and pepper if desired.

Cook in the oven for 30mins at 200C.
